Puritan Mill is a loft-office redevelopment of the historical Puritan Mill soap factory. The project is located in the dynamic King Plow Arts District of Atlanta, minutes from Midtown, Downtown, Atlantic Station, and the Georgia Tech campus.
Puritan Mill offers a blend of historical elements — soft natural light from the numerous south-facing clerestories and full-height windows, high wooden ceilings, and exposed brick and beams —with features such as: 24-hour controlled security access, flexible HVAC, ample parking, and plenty of area amenities.
